Guitar virtuoso Alpha Yaya Diallo carries the sounds of West Africa to stages around the world. Born in Guinea and long based in Canada, the Juno Award winning artist weaves the intricate guitar traditions of his homeland together with Afro-pop, blues, and folk into something entirely his own. With West African Summit behind him, layering percussion, bass, and vocal harmonies over his shimmering guitar lines, Diallo creates a sound that is both deeply rooted and irresistibly danceable. His performances are a celebration of rhythm and connection, an invitation to move that audiences rarely refuse.
