Born in Guinea and long based in Canada, the Juno Award winning artist weaves the intricate guitar traditions of his homeland together with Afro-pop, blues, and folk into something entirely his own. With West African Summit behind him, layering percussion, bass, and vocal harmonies over his shimmering guitar lines, Diallo creates a sound that is both deeply rooted and irresistibly danceable.
